I used to do Standard Barbell squats but back in the day,my left leg would do most of the work.My right leg only got stronger once i started doing pistol squats, sprints, bike sprints, and karate kick workouts. After i injured my left leg back in May of 2003,i took it easy for awhile and then just mostly did ...

Yes it is a good interval workout, unless you mean HIIT. I'm not sure if it qualifies as HIIT. The cardio intervals can be pretty intense, at least for me, but I am able to do them all. You're right, it is very aerobic, but you could easily slow down the reps and lift heavier. The core section alone is awesome. I love this DVD and I highly recommend it. It's my favorite DVD puchase for ...

Hi Thinkerbell: The recommended minimum for getting started is two to three days a week. Do not lift the same body part two days in a row. Your muscles require 48 hours to heal before you may lift with heavy resistance again. You may however continue to do the cardio everyday. Make sure you are crosstraining your cardio whenever possible. It is wise to introduce lifting slowly into your ...

A load of Doggcrapp: is Dante Trudel's Doggcrapp training system the next big thing in bodybuilding? Flex, Sept, 2006 by Greg Merritt Let's not call it a revolution yet, but if the '70s were the era of Arnold (double splits, high volume) and the '90s were the years of Yates (high intensity, low frequency), then this decade may be remembered as the age of Doggcrapp. Try to ignore the ...

Not such a great compliance day. I fell asleep unplanned earlier this evening from the muscle meds and just woke up. I don't feel well enough to catch up so am not going to try. That mysterious lb that I gained last week left as suddenly as it came. I am not surprised and was waiting for that to happen. On the good side of things, I am starting to really enjoy these macros and had a ...
