[quote=Infernus]Ok, ok, so I did a little bit. And maybe it's not completely legal either, but it sure saves your cd drive from getting burned out when you play it as much as I used to [quote] Haha, that's good!! But still, remember that mods are legal, you know... And the Cities XL will come out in Q1 2009, I think. At least that's what I've heard. They have done a lot to the game,...

IMHO - for the OP question, I'd go with the PC assuming your machine can run it. Besides better graphic options and max resolution, more control options, the possability of mods really clenches it, I think. As for whether the game is good or not, I consider myself a big fan of the original 2, and while this doesn't feel like a direct sequel (would anything?) it is fantastic and totally ...

It is, Semi spoilers in white: The last act is played out on a mining base of the planet below and for a few set pieces your move to an outside environment and it's a massive piece of juxtaposition. The majority of the game is set indoors in small tunnels and darkened rooms but the minute I set out of the ship my jaw hit the floor. It's all fake background that you can't journey to but it ...

Stop! If at first glance you see Fallout 3 and think it’s a first-person shooter, you are wrong and should stop reading this review altogether. If you thought otherwise or are curious about the title, by all means read on and I’ll enlighten you on the latest first-person RPG by Bethesda for the Xbox 360 (also available for the PS3 and PC). The Fallout series started as a top-down RPG in a ...

I sit quietly, mostly thinking of old movies, of Roundhay Garden, amongst many, and you know it seems so tragic, forgetting that the people are old now, or dead, the best of them. Theirs is a startling beauty I think, and I fold my legs up, and sit quietly while the others pour in out of the tunnels, at Moorgate and Angel. Amongst the echoes up and down I try to trace ...

Well, you morons have managed to fill up another entire thread, so we need a new one. Carry on. So Fallout 3 is out now. People have a lot of questions about it. In fact, people keep asking the same questions over and over again. I figure I might as well answer them here, and direct people to this post. But this thread isn't just about Fallout 3, even though it's the greatest ...

I felt like contributing to the giant noise chamber of the forum. I've been playing the infected bosses in tandem with the AI and other human players through the demo in the past few days and I have a couple thoughts about the experience. Most of them involve changes that I think would improve the game for the Infected. I should, of course, make it clear that my experiences with the ...
