I'm repeating myself from other forums, but... I have 'complex' sleep apnea and some weird circadian rhythm thing, so my brain behaves like a 'day' is anywhere from 12 to (rarely as much as)90+ hrs. Really :) This insomnia pre-dates my PD dxd by quite a few years...But when I do actually sleep-- now with a cpap-thing, AND manage to keep my mouth closed so it can do its job, I've been ...

Hi everyone. I think I will post my entire week so I can feel better about actually getting something done, even though I did no cardio. Tuesday: ~ 4DS Chest & Back Wednesday: ~ Core work from Butts & Guts Friday: ~ 4DS Biceps & Triceps (skipped last 2 rounds) ~ 4DS core work from Legs workout ~ 4DS Shoulders and core (skipped last 2 rounds and some of the ab work) ...

It is some years since I did my HSC, but the things I remember were: *Make sure he knows your love for him, and how proud you are of him, does not rely on his UAI/marks/subject choice/uni course/etc *In line with the above, don't compare him to other kids you know, especially cousins/your friends kids. He doesn't need to know they got 100% in 4 unit maths while he struggled to pass his ...

Well, every time I go to see my doctor, I fear that that was the day when I start to develop the endless list of complications.
