Alright, well I succumbed to the despair we all feel right now sitting at 5-4-1 (ugh...) and at the bottom of the division. I had to write up my first mock draft for the '09 draft to vent some frustration. This is only a mock draft, not a mock offseason, as I'm going to have to think about our coaches and possible replacements a while longer before I make a decision on what I'd like to see ...

So, for those who haven't heard it before, here goes. The condensed version doesn't feel good to me. This is looong: I get a call from my friends one day, about 7PM on a friday. Our ages ranged from 15-17, i was 16. Like most young scallywags and ruffians, fridays are not days for homework or bible study. We wanted drink and salty wenches, and by drink i mean the cheapest malt liquor one ...

Donna, I would like to suggest pool exercises. If you cannot walk into the pool, they have a special chair that places you in the water ( brrr). I am glad that you are not wearing a contraption that would inflict pain. It sounds brutal. The arthritis foundation offers classes on all types of exercise, aquatic, tai chi and at home ones. Go to their web site. They have cd's and ...

Ben's Newbie Guide to Digital SLR Photography It seems like every time I post pictures someone will send me a PM asking questions about how to improve their photography. Over the past few months I've written a book's worth of information, but most of it has been in small pieces and sent out in individual PM's. I figured now would be a good ...

The job requires several models that I will take reference photos of for my drawings. Ultimately, the drawings would tell the story of four never-before-seen superheroes. I am specifically looking for the following types: ...

Many people have spent some kind of money on camera equipment and have no idea on how to use it. On top of that, they get frustrated because their equipment is doing what they thought it would do. It is my hope to use this thread to help anyone who is lost in the photographic world to better understand photography. This is a simple guide, which will build as people send me their knowledge. ...

In part 3, I want to discuss two area of weight reduction that were just slightly touched upon in Part 2, Reciprocating mass reductions and the more extreme weight reductions. A vehicle\'s total weight is the sum of all of its parts ...
