Hi, Does anyone run a ThermalRight Ultra 120 Extreme with an Antec P182 Case? Just looking to know how well it fits inside using 2 120mm fans, is there much room or is it a tight squeeze, or does it not fit at all? Thanks

The T-Rad2 should be a gamer or even a quiet PC users best friend. I currently have numerous cards from Nvidia and ATI and all of them suffer from very loud fans that need to be conquered. If Thermalright chose to build the T-Rad2 like they do their processor coolers we just may have a winner here. The T-Rad2 is built around six nickel-plated heat-pipes and a series of aluminum fins that form a ...

Thermalright, better known for aluminum fin blocks based coolers, is ready with a Core i7 supportive variant of the Ultra-120 eXtreme cooler. The cooler comes with the same Ultra-120 eXtreme heatsink, consisting of 52 aluminum fins across six heat-pipes, with the required bolt-through retention module for LGA-1366 socket, along with the fluid-dynamic bearing fan which operates at ~1600 rpm with a...

Why should the Thermalright HR-03 R600 not be compatible with the HD4870, as according to Thermalrights own website? Theres barely any difference between the R600 and the GT version which is compatible. The price difference isn't much, but I don't see why I shouldn't save the money for something else. http://www.thermalright.com/new_a_pa...r_...

Case and Cooling Fetish

I recently replaced the Antec Tri-cool fans in my P182 case with Scythe slipstreams. The new fans are all connected to the motherboard and controlled via speedfan. I also replaced the stock cooler on my 8800GT with a Thermalright HR-06 GT. Needless to say the case fans are now typically below the noise floor of my house. This has the unfortunate consequence of making the CPU fan stick out like a...

Overall noise on my setup (see sig) was making me look for alternative cooling setups for my system. My primary goal here was equivalent or better cooling that is much more quiet. After some research I went with: - Thermalright T-Rad2 VGA Cooler - 2x Nexus 92mm Real Silent Case Fan DF1209SL-3 - ArctiClean Kit - Arctic Silver Ceramique Installation Notes: The job was ...

Looks a bit rough that I got a Core-Freezer recently in a similar state - the fins were bent and out of shape.

The memory doesn't need as much cooling as the VRMs at the back of the card do. That's where you should focus your HS efforts.

$110 from frozenCPU.com, no thanks. You could almost buy a watercooling setup for that much.
