Are there any scanners out there that will allow me to do all the things a Tech 2 will and still be able to use it on other vehicles. I'm in the market for a scanner, I mostly only work on GM but if there is no real benifit to having a Tech 2 vs. a Snap On or OTC, I would rather have one that I can Buy cards to work on other makes also. Are the programs that dealers ...

Anyone else listen to a police scanners. I turn mine on a couple times a week and listen to whats going on around me. I bought an old Realistic Pro-2004 a couple of months back. Then put on a Diamond discone on what was our TV antenna mast. Man it was pain to pull down that mast and bring it back up. With the new antenna I can pick up a PD dispatch from 30 miles ...
