Hi All ~ I am wondering at what point you are at and how your range of motion is. My first tt I had full range of motion and no problems after. Never too hunchy out of the gate, never tight vertically, couldn't relate to most on here too much. Just felt good and healthy tight. You may or may not have read about my revision nightmare. Re*cut skin too short without undermining and ...

I have a question regarding range of motion and proper form.... while doing chest, back and shoulder exercises whats the proper range of motion. i was told once by a trainer that the proper range is always working on basis of 90 degrees for all press exersizes....that it is bad for your shoulders and elbows going for more that 90 degrees.... but then for example while benching, many go ...

Did your arms have a limited range of motion after underam BA sx? Mine feels like there is a string from bicep to underarm that won't let my arm move far. Tell me it is temporary. One arm is worse than the other. The same side where the implant is dropping slower than the other. _________________

Did 5x5 for 6 months, then switched to Sheiko. After doing about 3 weeks of Sheiko, developed shoulder p-a-i-n. Took four weeks off from benching/militaries with no improvement. Went to doc who found some degenerative damage in my shoulder. He said that going beyond 90 degrees in bench/militaries was extremely bad for the shoulder. He had a little rubber shoulder ...

having a radar being completely leveled increases the wide range of motion that the radar can detect, aleast thats what i learn from radar forums where these guys go all out. I'm debated on if i should get mike's mount or not, mainly because I don't like my other options of mounting it. I have to to the right of my RVM right now. my old car i had it above and leveled but with a g35 there...
