I wish there were responses to this! I am looking to move to your area as well, and I'm a little freaked out by the Sunnyside/Peabody options as well. . .though I have a hunch that those schools may improve as the area changes? What I've heard about the public Montessori is that it didn't used to be a *true* Montessori when it was in Homewood, but since it's moved they've restructured and...

My vote goes to the Patriots Scott Pioli. Give him whatever he wants to come in and rebuild this franchise from the ground up. He is going to be the coveted guy every team needing a GM will want to hire. His bio is below: Scott Pioli Vice President - Player Personnel Notes -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------...

Well glad to hear that and maybe its becuase you did not go to mean Catholic schools. But our Catholic church still promotes large families, which is hard on the environment, owns unnecessary land that has to be cut, does not insulate, has people driving every Sunday becuase YOU HAVE to go to church every Sunday (why when other religions dont?), and has their priest candidates commuting to ...

I think metal detectors SHOULD be implemented in the public schools of South Florida. Just think. If there HAD been such a device in place at Dillard High School, Amanda Collette would most likely be alive today. I understand the inner city schools in Pittsburgh, PA all have metal detectors. Incidents such as the one that occurred at Dillard are all but non-existent in the Pittsburgh area ...

Quote: from Bud2400 at 12:54 am on Nov. 15, 2008 Are you referring to public or private schools? I have no problem with private schools doing these things, but public schools I do, for I believe that a students' demeaner should only concern public schools as far as their performance at the school is concerned. . I got no beef with what you say but it happens all the time in public ...

Hey Retiredcoach, Where did you coach? I've been to Pittsburgh recently, well not in the last month or two, but I've been to Heinz Field a few times - awesome stadium, and awesome fans! Intimidating place for a Raven's Fan! Believe it or not I got along great with everyone around me, each time. The key is to enjoy yourself and don't be a jerk. Pittsburgh has some of the best fans around...

I am a passionate seeker after Truth and a not less passionate enemy of the malignant fictions used by the "Party of Order", the official representatives of all turpitudes, religious, metaphysical, political, judicial, economic, and social, present and past, to brutalise and enslave the world; I am a fanatical lover of Liberty; considering it as the only medium in which can develop intelligence...

Well, imagine our relief that youve decided to secede and form some sort of bathing-optional commune headquartered in California. The money we'll save in aspirin, now that we wont have headaches from listening to your interminable whining, will be worth it to us alone. We'll finally be rid of you lazy, moping, latte-sucking Streisand fans now that you're actually going to follow through--...

WASHINGTON – President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration is expected to draw 1 million-plus to the capital, and already some lawmakers have stopped taking ticket requests and hotels have booked up. Some people are bartering on Craigslist for places to stay for the Jan. 20 ceremony when the Illinois senator takes the oath of office. They are offering cash or even help with dishes for residents ...
