I can not honestly answer that question. But if you drive in NY a lot I would take care of it, because you can be suspended in the state of NY but be fine in Canada. Chances are if this is your first offense, and depended on the location, judge, and court you can reduce the penalties. Take a defensive driving course will reduce your points, and insurance, etc.

Actually my buddy and I were on the New York State Thruway, the State Police stopped us and we turned around and went back home. I remember telling my buddy Dominic, its just another concert, no big deal. We made it home, went to a bar, had a few beers, the next day we realized we were missing something important. By the end of the weekend, we realized we had made a big mistake. Such is life, if ...

When I was walking toward my car, I passed a small late model sedan, and standing there was a woman. She was fiftyish, dress conservatively and neat as a pin, business casual. She sheepishly told me that she was embarrassed to ask, but explained to me that ...

QUOTE(lee_rimar @ Jan 2 2009, 04:02 PM) Whether or not you think a mileage tax is good or bad, electronic tracking is too complicated to implement and too easy to dodge. If the idea is "tax people for road use," there are (at least) three far easier ways to do it: Tax vehicles based on weight (levied at time of new sale and title transfer of used vehicles) Tax tyres based on load ...
