electric muscle stim - really has worked for me to rebuild some muscle mass loss i bought the machine on craigslist a year or so ago and finally read the manual i work out so it does not replace that but it definately has been able to reach deep muscles in the butt and thighs and abs that i was not able to build i had mild wasting mostly from visiting 3rd world and catching parasites ...

Hi, i am a freshmen in (BLANK) high school. im 6'5 and 180 pounds, i am also 15 years old. The thing is i am very skinny. I hope to train to become a pro wrestler and be on my path to greatness. But my arms are so boney and the same thing for my hands. I need to be the biggest i can possible be in the shortest time possible.

I'm in good shape, but last year I was in a boxing competition and I had to gain some extra weight (30Ibs) which was mostly muscle, but my normal fighting styles are of martial arts, and that extra weight has severely lowered my speed and efficiency. you need to establish a program that you will be able to stick to i have tried many different ones and none has worked as easily as the one i am on now you can check it out on my blog at http://the7minutemiracle.blogspot.com always remember anyone can gain the size but not anyone can get the height so you have a leg up on them there lol hope this helps

Like stated high protein foods. Also find foods with medium chain triglycerides in them and high protein, highly nutritious foods, eat a lot of food to.
