Assuming everything is in place, diet etc. What amount of Test do you usually find substancial to be anticatabolic? Either on a cruise or low calorie cutting diet.

How much muscle can I expect to lose on a cutting keto diet over 2 months. I eat about 20-35 grams of carbs a day along with alot of healthy fats (peanuts, fish, olive oil) and protein. I'm on my 10th day and have lost 7 lbs so far.

IGF-1 and T3 muscle loss 0 So running IGF-1 causes muscle hyperplasia. If you were to run a course of IGF-1 but then were to experience T3 induced muscle loss, then would the hyperplasia effects of the IGF-1 be lost?

hey it is very difficult to build muscle mass during a marathon training session. Personally, I burn off anywhere between 1000-1500 calories per training session, and I am training at nothing close to the usual marathon training distances for long runs.
