This is how Schumacher's Batman & Robin should have been like. Subzero is a mature Batman film that succeeds much better in making Mr Freeze a sympathetic character than Schwarzenegger's pun-spouting action figure. I'm not gonna specify on his origin, all I came up with is that Nolan could have Freeze inject his victims with some sort of formula he made, that makes their body temperature drop rappidly, to the point of where they die of (hypothermia?) in less then 2 minutes. I still think there's a huge difference. Maybe it's just me but a guy needing to live at the same teperatures that turn your rib-eye stake into a rock is far more distracing then a guy without a cheek managing not to lisp when he talks.
