I agree. Townhouses work on quiet (though fairly dense) streets like behind Brix, but Belltown (and probably the Pike/Pine are) is a different story. Sometimes developers are forced to classify these as live-work units, i.e. a type of retail. That's a fine concept, but it seems to be the live-work units that don't do as well, because they tend to be on streets people don't want to live ...
