I have had lower back Back pain - low Back strain treatment problems for a while.  Then my right hip Hip joint replacement Hip pain started popping approx. 50-100 times a day.  Now I just noticed I have a golf ball sized dent in my lower back Back pain - low Back strain treatment right above my butt.  What would cause this to happen?  What is wrong?

Hello Sir-Madam My question is what can I do to eliminate my lower back pain when, so I’m to walk longer then ten minutes. Pain starts usually after ten minutes of walking and then I have to sit down for three to five minutes to be able to continue walking. Thank You

The nurse called back and said I have slight narrowing of the L4 and L5. SHe said rest and motrin should be fine. What does narrowing mean exactly?

I had this problem too when i first started doing squats. Lower the weight and do them in front of a mirror. Focus on keeping you back straight, maybe look into getting a belt.
