The reason I ask is because last night I did Muscle Max (the
premix). At one point, you're using a band to do tricep kickbacks and you do 36 pulses on each side! Ouch. It was a burning feeling like in Squeeze. And then the rest of the exercises...tons of pulses and slow reps, etc. And Cathe was using a 40 lb barbell, I would use about 5 lbs because I'm trying to do a barre-type rotation and use ...
