Well, I just got back from prejudging and the seminar that followed. Seminar was Dave Palumbo, Flex wheeler, shawn ray, Kevin Levrone, and Silvio Samuel. Silvio is here to fill in since Victor Martinez and Gustavo Baddell ( who were both supposed to guest pose ) are not here. Flex announced at the seminar that he doesn't know why Victor isn't here and that Gustavo could not get here due ...

Whew, finally done Been a long season, dieting since feb, and three shows down. The Flex overall lineup was one of the best I've seen in MN in some time. Was really fun to stand up there and be compared such great bb's. Keith Williams took the overall, no real suprise, dude is a freek. Large and shreaded...should be looking rediculus at USA's Here are some pics from overall:

Last I saw him was when he was interviewed by Dave P. w/M.D. on the results of the 07 olympia. He had one of the BEST physiques when it came to symmetry and size (not to mention flexibility)

Im gonna be in MN for this. I think its just a regular show but I think victor is guest posing. Thats a treat in itself.

Short and sweet, West Coast Customs unveiled the new Ford flex last night at their shop in Irvine and invited Flex Wheeler to come help (Ford Flex/Flex wheeler).
