Does phalanx have enough range of motion to target something that low and close? Hell, you're the ex-blackshoe, you tell me.....<g> Phalanx would almost have to have that range of motion to be effective against cruise and harpoon missiles wouldn't it? The ability to obtain a lock on an object that was that close to water might be in question though.
