Here are some pics.. they are TERRIBLE I know.. but I am 17 weeks out.. and I am pretty sure I have time.. ugh.. and the last one is just to put a face to the body lol.. me and my BEST friend carrie on vacay last summer. And yes.. my right shoulder always does something funky.. suggestions??

carlye , You have so much time its not even funny. 1 week over 4 months. It wont be hard to get in shape by then. Just enjoy your prep , thats what most have a hard time doing as if they have to compete. Im sure you will. Good luck, you'll do just fine.

Thanks Michael.. I appreciate it. I just get freaked out about not being ready but I know I have to trust my nutritionist and know that he will bring me in conditioned. I saw your prep thread.. u look awesome. Keep up the good work =)

Thanks shelby.. I know I have a long way to go as far as getting my physique where I want it as far as muscle goes.. especially my shoulders but its not for a lack of trying!! lol But I know it just takes time. Thanks for checking in you guys =)

Yes!! I finally got the nerve up to start a journal.. and I am glad I did now. I am pretty much alone in this journey b/c none of my close girlfriends really are into competing and they usually dont understand WHY I cant go out to eat .. or go grab a glass of wine.. or whatever. I do have my trainer that goes to the same gym as I so that is really nice. I have put on more size since last year...
