I have done sodium free rice cakes with natural peanut butter and some jam and some raisins. I have also done a reeses pieces peanut butter cup. I drink NO water.. just sips the whole day of the show until the show is over - about 4 oz total... If you drink no water and load on carbs you cant spill and the carbs will suck out all the subcutaneous water beneath your skin. Still looking for ...

As far as the competition day diet goes, I noticed one of you guys said you took your creatine the day of the show. I've never competed before, so please forgive me if this is a silly question, but how does that now make you retain water? Sound to be too tedious to take- little or no water at all!I have never been into a competition before but I heard protein hake and L-Glutamine would give good result the following day.Is this true?
