I don't want to bore you all with the details. Basically I can not keep my right heel down when I descend the weight doing ATF squats. Will putting 5 lbs weights under both heels affect anything?

It's a flexibilty problem only to the right foot. Sadly I will have a flexibilty issue for the rest of my life.

I used to have the same problem, I couldn't keep my heels down and did my squats with 10#ers under each foot. Old time bbers did it that way for years. First problem, when you get to heavy weights (whatever that is for you), then it's extremely hard to step up onto the plate with your feet. Second problem, it can make you lean too far forward and you could end up squatting with poor ...
