Please rank your top 10 most useless exercises, whether they are freeweight or machine. I expect tricep kickbacks and leg extensions to be on this list.

No such thing as a useless excersise... Seriously, don't get caught up in the 'rar, I'm too manly for kick backs, rar' mindset, I experienced massive growht in m triceps from adding kick backs, more than pressing ever did.
