I just bought whey protein today -- and with a schedule like this, when should I drink it? 6:00 -- wake up 6:30ish -- breakfast 11:15 -- lunch 3:00 - 5:00 -- marching band practice (basically a LOT of cardio) 6:00 -- dinner 6:00 - 7:00 -- lift/work out etc should I take it before working out, or after? I'm not sure which would be most effective

I am lactose intolerant and would like to consume casein protein before bed. Is there lactose in casein? If so, does anyone know of a lactose free casein?

OK so my brother who comes to the gym with me regularly, I think he may have issues with the nerves that detect temperature. We walk to the gym about 1km in -5 degree weather , I wear a coat and I am still cold and he wears a t shirt and doesnt complain. I ask if hes cold and he says hes warm, then I put my forearm against his and it feels like his skin is colder than mine.. What you ...

I'm wondering if it's possible that I'm doing both at the same time given my size, workout regimen, and diet. I started lifting again about two months ago when I was 6'4" 252lbs with a BF% of 29. Now, I'm the same height, obviously, but I'm 245lbs with a BF% of 27. Along with this loss I've also seen enormous gains as far as weights go in the gym following Doug's 4 Day Split. Using the BMR ...

Another forum game! The "Count to a Million" game got messed up and I think "Word Association" is begginning to die down a little bit, so I thought I'd start yet another game. I have no idea how this is going to turn out. It's supposed to be played with points and such but it makes it more complicated so I'm not going to bother with it.
