Now i know its bad to drink full stop, and it has no nutritional values etc. However the majority of us enjoy a few beers now and again, and i am no exception. But i was wondering what is the best thing to drink if you are out on the lash (getting drunk!) calorie wise, i suppose what will have the least negative affectg on the body?

A pretty cool exercise from Men's PowerTraining. I tried this..suprised me. Not that hard but I put a plate on my belly: http://www.menshealth.com/powertrain...-Hamstring. php You can definitely feel the need to stabilize the ball. Big core component in there. You want to start with a hip extension then follow with the knee. Sort of like a supine ghr... I'll start doing this and see ...

Bad part of the best job... As you know, I am a bouncer. But, I work an 8-hr shift M-F, and don't get a lunch break, which I'm not complaining about. I know that any extended period w/o food causes catabolism. I have a hearty, protein/good fat-rich brunch right before I clock in, and can have a steak and fries for only $3 after I get off! But, what about in between? I've ...

I've noticed that my feet have been getting dry, especially in-between my toes . Is this athlete's foot?!? It's not really itchy, though.

Don’t Fuck With This or: The Making of a “Guru” I’ve had a lot of people ask me where I do my reading. What books they should read. Etc. While I have endeavored to point them to some good resources I don’t think most people “get it” when it comes to developing concepts, yet. Most of the time what they really want to know is where that ultra-secret font of knowledge is. The one thing ...

I'm using Fitday and when I input a pound of chicken breast, here's the #s they give me: Calories 886 Fat 35.0 Carbs 0.0 Protein 134.0 I have a hard time believing that there's 35 grams of fat in a pound of boneless/skinnless chicken breast. Same goes for 886 calories. Am I way off here? I'm trying to loose another 50 pounds w/ minimal muscle loss, so my ...
