Now i know its bad to drink full stop, and it has no nutritional values etc. However the majority of us enjoy a few beers now and again, and i am no exception. But i was wondering what is the best thing to drink if you are out
on the lash (getting drunk!) calorie wise, i suppose what will have the least negative affectg on the body?

So ive just watched this film called Sicko, its showing on
sky1 ( by Michael Moore) The jist of the film is the American healthcare and how some cant afford it, shocking i thought! Have you guys in the States seen this film and is it that bad?

I've noticed that my feet have been getting dry, especially in-between my toes . Is this athlete's foot?!? It's not really itchy, though.

I'm using Fitday and when I input a pound of chicken breast, here's the #s they give me: Calories 886 Fat 35.0 Carbs 0.0 Protein 134.0 I have a hard time believing that there's 35 grams of fat in a pound of boneless/skinnless chicken breast.
