Given the current state of crime, gang killings and lawlessness is it a shame that the death sentence was done away with completely? There's a few gang scum bags I'd love to instil fear back into if by a miracle, it was re-introduced (some hope!).

Bearded dragons - breeders in Ireland? Hi all, I've tried google but no joy so I'm wondering if anyone here knows of a breeder for bearded dragons? I'm looking to get 2 babies, preferably female. Thanks!

If you can't afford the buying price, how will you afford the vet cost if anything goes wrong? Even if you get a dog for free, it can still cost a fair bit down the line. You don't need to be rich to own a dog ...but you better have some spare money. __________________ I found cod, I'm a prawn again, Christian !

It is not soft and it is not anything growing on it and i am little worried. He is always hungry looking for food and I have given him more calcium sticks but that has not helped his shell but i have ...

Do both.Machines are a good way to get started and to build up a basic level of strength. You can progress onto freeweights after a while but keep some machines in there if you want. The trick with free weights is to do "compound excercises",ie those that will work more than one muscle group and give you a better bang for your buck. Deadlift.Squat.Benchpress. Forget doing arm curls with ...

Based upon the horrendous squatting going on in my gym I cannot take these squat claims seriously unless I see video evidence. I seriously doubt you could be adding 2.5kg three times a week to proper 20 rep attempts.

I was in Topshop with the missus a while back and she took a fancy to this bag. I snuck off today and went and got it for her. At the till the girl asked for €38 which I thought was a bit much but what the hell do I know. As a matter of interest I checked out how much the bag was on the UK website and it's £25 which works out at just under €30 using the latest rate. So that's over €8 more ...

Anyone gonna bother this year? Is it played out? The winner and runner up disappeared without a trace last year. TV3 coverage starts in an hour. I might just be tempted.
