Okay - I am at my wits end with this. Its just ridiculous. Is everyone having problems with it?? I have been posting here for almost 4 years, for 3.5 of those years I had NO trouble using the search feature. I couldn't almost always find what I was looking for with it. I relied on it a lot when I was a cl to pull up the right info for people. So its not like I don't know how to use it. ...

I see it's been a few days since I've journaled! I was super busy with end-of-month stuff for work, then just basically took a computer hiatus for a little bit! Eating has been okay - I just haven't been eating enough the last few days. My appetite hasn't been right. Also, I had 2 small slices of BBQ chicken pizza at a friend's house over the weekend because I was starving. (My fault ...

Some vegetables have very, very little nutritional value (celery, cucumbers, lettuce, etc.). Even one cup of spaghetti squash only has: fiber 2g, vitamin A 3%, vitamin C 9%, iron 3% So, what is the benefit of eating ANY vegetable versus choosing vegetables that have higher nutritional values?

I lost eight pounds on phase one, but phase two, oh my goodness. I ate a (small) crepe with non-fat cream cheese and an apple for breakfast For lunch I ate cottage cheese, a whole lot of spinach and sugarless tomato sauce. We ate a fudgesicle and 1 square of dark chocolate for lunch (total 100.3 calories) for dinner I ate a pork chop, humus, For desert I ate about 40 calories of mint ...

Ok, I've been doing this so long you'd think I'd know the answer to this one...and I think I do. But wanted to check just to be sure. I've found several soup recipes recently that call for carrot juice. Is this legal? The carrot juices I've looked at have nothing added--it's strictly carrots. I guess for me, since I'm on maintenance, it could be a personal choice, but I'm just wondering what the...

Okay, here goes. I decided this morning when I was so miserable from Mexican food last night and my bra barely fits that it is time to get control! I haven't been grocery shopping yet, so I'm not doing too good today, but I'm going shopping tonight! Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs Lunch - can of Progresso chicken and sausage gumbo soup (not low in carbs or SBD friendly, but it is real ...
