You shouldn't break a child's heart. But the solution wouldn't be to not let them test, but to not have gotten them into a situation where they would expect to test at a young age to begin with. But yeah, it's too late now. It's let 'em test or break his heart. But like I said before, to each his own.

Hi In my opinion there is more skill and art in being able to extend one's leg slowly into the air and hold it there, compared to kicking fast. If I had to choose between being able to hold my leg in the air and being able to kick super-fast with KO power, I would choose the former. Maybe I just have my "really arty" martial arts head on. But what do you think? Do you think there...

I got an ameteur boxer, 17 years old who wants to beat me up, what do I do? The police wont do anything to help me and although i'm not very skilled at martial arts (the nearest decent classes are 80 miles away) I do know a bit of aikido, karate and jujitsu. Seeing as its inevitable that he's gonna try and hit me (he came to my door yesterday twice but I didn't anser cos I didn't recognise him),...

*sigh* well, i am stuck between two things really. Wrestling, and a job. If i do wrestling , then i wont have time for jack squat, seeing as practice is every single day for two hours after school. But i really want a job, which would help me get a car, and i would be able to go back to my muay thai classes. I have already been through a week of practice, and i feel like if ...

The Bujinkan Ninjutsu I've been practicing the art of the Bujinkan Ninjutsu for over 2 months now and I don't understand what Ninjutsu is. Seriously what is it about? I have an open minded, realistic thinking sensei, but sometimes when some seniors take over I don't understand what is going on. Without the sensei I would seriously think of walking out of there, because he has a ...

Did everyone remember the two minutes silence at 11am? I went to the cenotaph in the park where I work, it's not only my duty as curator of a building that is a dedicated war memorial but my duty as a citizen. Every time I hear the last post I get teary eyes. I was glad to see a wide range of ages there too from the young school children to the ex service men who fought in different ...
