ABC Radio report saying that the White House is indicating it likely won't spend the rest of the bailout money now or may allow Obama to help decide how to use it IF spending it now (e.g. next 60 days) is deemed necessary. I think this shows some good cooperation since Obama will have to preside over this the rest of the way.
