Well, been knocked out horizontal with the flu, persistant coughing even during my 12 hours sleep last night!! During my ramblings and spaced out shiveres kept thinking of amethyst..not one I've particularly looked into yet. Anyway, have several points and tumblestones so though must be being told to use them.....shoved em down me bra....OK still have the sweats but the coughs eased off.....I had...

Hi I had a discectomy on L4/L5 4 weeks ago following several years of pain in my lower back and left leg with the accompnying sciatica. I tried everyhting else and decided that the operation was the right way to go. Whether this was the right decision remains to be seen and I will save that for a later post. Hi My Dad started using Efudix 5% 3 months ago for a 3 week period. This drug was extremely powerful and although the treatment ended some weeks ago, he is now suffering with regular severe headaches. Has anyone else had experience of this drug? I am really worried about my Dad, he is due to travel to New Zealand for six months in a week and a half and concerned as to whether he should go...

I had to go into town today, and while there, i thought i'd look for some hats and gloves for my children and myself. I got to one store, and came out with: 6 pairs good quality o' kids pyjamas, 2 pairs bedsocks, scarf, 2 pairs of gloves, and a hat-in my defence though, there was a special offer which i just had to take advantage of, and there was another offer on top-so i got an awful ...

Does anyone else think that John Sargeant is becoming a bit of an embarrassment on Strictly Come Dancing.
