Dear guru g: The amount of Ethanol will affect your mileage (MPG). Many people who purchased their gas in NJ (until recently) where ethanol was NOT added, had 2,3,even 4 MPG higher in any vehicle. A good mechanic told me that the added ethanol is a major reason for Check Engine lights coming on a variety of cars. If U read your manual, it generally states that the % of ethanol should not ...

Interesting opinon on the interior of the G35. I'm a big guy (tall-ish and overweight, ) and I fit well in the G35. It can feel a bit narrow but I blame that on the sheer size of the center console. It's bloody huge! I'm confused the most by your popup comment. I'm not sure I see what you're talking about... Now, saying it's not attractive, well, that I can understand. Having a big ...

Hi, I recently purchased a 2005 Pacifica and notice that the
power outlet in the front and the middle sections are not working. I checked fuse#26 and there was non in place. Replace fuse and still nothing. Also, the former owner had a DVD and monitor install and these do not work either.. no power. I think the problem is related. Any ideas.

I'm looking forward to better MPG. I just drove my first interstate trip of any length (only about 55 miles in each direction) and seem to be getting ~ 20 mpg in my 9-day-old '08 TL. The salesman says that mileage gets better after each of the three oil changes. At today's premium
gas prices I have a reason to want my '08 TL to stop being so new.

As we hammer the 2009 Acura TL down some of Malibu's most challenging canyon roads, the big sedan is handling itself well. It carries enough speed through the corners to make us a little nervous, but the lack of tire squeal makes it clear that we're far from pushing its limits. First Drive: 2009 Acura TL

thanks amdgrd. I tried contacting them but their promotion is over. You got a very nice price. I think I should wait
till the end of this month to get a better deal. How was your experience with Basney?

I am in the market to replace my 98 Dodge Dakota 4wd with 155K miles and was considering the Ford Ranger, Dodge again, and
Toyota Tacoma. I tossed out the Ranger as a friend of mine has a 07 Ranger with 4WD and said he loves it but only gets about 10 mpg in town and not a whole lot more on the road. Not something I want. I think Toyota is where I will go. More money but a better truck.

I bought a 2007 a couple of months ago but thought I would give it a couple of months before tracking the mileage. I
live in Houston and have done very little highway driving so far, but we'll be putting 2500 highway miles on it in the next week or so. So far, I'm averaging 18.7 in city driving. I have a pretty light foot but think we're doing pretty well so far. I look forward to averaging over ...
