Really, what WOULD it take for an unbeliever to actually believe in God and Jesus? What if after you die you find out how horribly wrong you were but there is nothing you can do to change it then? Why not correct the situation RIGHT NOW!! Most people have heard of Pascal's Wager, but I will post it here just in case some have never heard it. I had never heard it until I said something ...

Have you succumbed to irrational fear brought on by too many scary movies??????? So when it's dark and you are getting ready for bed, does it ever cross your mind that something really could lurk under the bed? Do you ever wake up and realize your hand is dangling over the side of the bed and inch it back away from the edge? Does driving down a dark and foggy road give you ...

I remember several Christian friends and I discussing in the past whether certain acts were punishment. I was wondering if this was one of them? Is God angry that they voted yes on prop 8 to deny gays equal rights?

Years back I watched a Christmas movie about a frontier woman being taken by Indians whie her husband was away. The woman was pregnant. Anyway, while she is traveling with the Indians she starts to tell them the Christmas story. I can't remember the name and have only seen it once. Anybody else ever see this one? I can't remember the name or who plays in it. And another good channel to ...

Hi all, I had a dream since I was a child: live and work in USA. I'm an Italian structural engineer with a BS ("110 & laude", the maximum) and now I'm getting a MS. I really like to work and to improve myself, and I know there is a lot more to learn! My girlfriend is a biologist with BS and MS in molecular biology (with "110 & laude"). I would like to have some tips: would you suggest me ...

I live just down the road from Carolina Perserve (in Amberly) and I walk 3 times a week through CP. The folks I have met on my walks are all very happy and absolutely love the club house (indoor pool) and sense of community. Good luck to you!

I am currently a 2nd year college student who has just moved into an apartment near campus. Originally, I was supposed to move in with 4 other people into a 4 bedroom apartment. But after thinking about it, I didn't really want to share a bedroom due to my experience in the dorms and my personal sleeping patterns. But I did not want to back out of my personal oral agreement with my friends. ...

for my now ex boss, as of last week. For your future employees: Stop being a control freak. Obviously you can't do everything; obviously there are some things you can't do at all. Trust that the person you hire is capable and leave them to do their job. Relax a bit and go home when the office closes. Staying there until 10PM each night and working ALL week-end can't be healthy and no matter...
