Can't believe the negative remarks about Brendan O'brien on this board and others. Bruce, for the first time has a sense of urgency regarding getting music to his fans. The clock is ticking and he knows it. Brendan O'brien just happens to be the guy who is inspiring him to crank out these albums at quick pace. If you aren't crazy about every choice the make, I understand that, but in all ...

... but only to say I hope all, or most of you, got a chance to see President-Elect Barack Obama & future First Lady Michelle Obama on "60 Minutes" tonight. If you didn't vote for him or don't like him, I hope at least some of you feel differently now, perhaps more hopeful about our chances for a great American future. Saw the track names from Bruce's upcoming release and this one has me, well, completely baffled. Is it a song a la Catherine LeFevre? Is it about the coupon ladies that manage to buy an entire cart of groceries for $6? (Which I have NEVER been able to do, dammit!). Is it about the bakery ladies? The deli ladies? The deli ladies always seem like they're bitchy and in charge of something, so...

Just one vine on this. The first five slots should be in the USA and then it can go abroad. Usual vine rules: 1. This vine is for burners and non-burners. Burners sign up in the numbered positions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. Non-burners sign up in the 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a, etc. positions. It really should be people who cannot burn; not someone who doesn't feel like burning. 2. Non-burmers...

This song is so catchy. I'm with a lot who didn't know what to think, but after listening to the clip a bunch of times, I have to say that this song is incredibly catchy.

Bush Moving Political Appointees Into Permanent Civil Service Jobs It's not a new practice, but . . . Do we really want any of Bush's leftovers still working in Washington? _________________ Me too, Bruce!!!

Greetings Saints and Sinners....wherever you shall roam.... We've had some cloudy weather around Boston Town, but like the song says, "I've got sunshine on a cloudy day..." Hope you are snug and warm and smiling where you are regardless of the weather. Because after all, I just wanna see you smile. So come on now dream baby dream. And rise up to the sounds of ...

Prop 8 lost via the democratic process ... and the militant gay movement tells California, by way of fights and violent outbreaks that thuggery works when your views get voted out. Great lesson for our immigrant society. Here's your pitchfork and baseball bat, welcome to Democracy. _________________ "I prefer the tumult of liberty to the quiet of servitude." Thomas Jefferson

If you base your lack of belief in Darwinian Natural Selection on the Bible, do you also believe that the sun goes around the earth? Because the Biblical point of view on that is as clear as its view on Creation. Actually, clearer, because there are two separate and contradictory Creation stories in the Bible. So I'm assuming all of you believe that the Copernican Solar ...
