Walter Five, I'm not sure if they're similar. I just know when I saw the movie, I remembered as a little girl, me and my Sister watching "Get Christy Love". May be they're nothing alike, but I was a kid, maybe 6/7. And when I saw Foxy Brown , that's what I remembered. I don't believe my Parents took me to any Pam Grier movies or she was on TV, it's all so hazy:D

Oh, sure, Theresa Graves was very similar in appearance and attitude to Pam Grier. You may remember Ms. Graves originally as a regular part of the Laugh-In cast.
