I got a book in the mail today, titled "The Warrior Generals: Combat Leadership in the Civil War." The author is Thomas B. Buell. Just wondering, is anyone familiar with this man's writing, or has read this book? There is a little blurb on the front cover credited to James McPherson that says "A provocative evaluation of six Civil War commanders...that challenges much conventional wisdom...
