I found 2008 Global Mapping of Hypoxia (Dead Zones in Ocean Waters) on WRI. Coastal Eutrophic and Hypoxic Areas of North America and the Caribbean | World Resources Institute Hypoxia is created from Agricultural and Developmental runoff.
