DisplayAds("Right1"); Even people ignorant of space technologies understand that then-level of technological and electronic development wouldn't allow to perform complicated space maneuvers. Forty years ago, American President John Kennedy urged the people to get united about the Moon landing idea: the USA wanted to win the space competition of the 1960s at any ...

Interesting :) Perhaps the incarnations-theory has some substance to it, alien abductees sometimes mention reptillian beings. Also, wasnt there a period when the American government conducted secret LSD experiments on people? I vaguely remember reading something about that. Id be very interested to hear what kind of results these had.

i actually remember reading about this in skeptical inquirer. some interesting notes: -the testers wanted to place a fabric screen between the girl and the subjects, but the girl claimed that she could not see through the screen to examine the subjects, even though she does claim to see through peoples clothes. -she claims to be able to see through people down to the cellular level....

Take a look at this. The corners and platforms aren't as neat, but that's probably because its actively eroded still, being extremely near the shoreline on an exposed headland where conditions are often stormy. There are still plenty of almost perfect right angles, and a few platforms. http://www.bathgatecc.org.uk/gallery...neistpoint. jpg http://www.coolpics.co.uk/images/sky...st/page_...

DisplayAds("Right1"); This is quite hard to explain but here goes, Have you ever like, predicting that something was going to happen, or dreamed about something that has actually come true, or had a guess at something that you have predicted to a great way of accuracy?

Some notes... (1) Piltdown was a hoax played on the scientific community (not by the scientific community). (2) The specimen, although initially accepted by English scientists, was not readily accepted by scientists in other countries. Nationalistic pride was part of the reason for the rapid acceptance. But science goes beyond a country's borders. (3) When the hoax was discovered, the ...

Weather Modification http://www.beyondweird.com/ufos/Bruc...vasion_33.h tml This is at least based in fact. If this would even work, Eastland estimates that weather modification as discussed would require approximately 100 gigawatts of power.

Hey russ, i thought Einstein never got a phD until after his greater discoveries. My prof also mentioned something... and he said something... and ended his sentence with "we forgot to give him a phd"... not sure what hte first part of the sentence was though but since we were talken about Einstein, i assume he was saying that Einstein never got a phD but had recieved hte nobel prize.
